Pull-up Complex
5 Rounds - Not for Time

  • 1 strict pullup

  • 2 kipping pullup

  • 3 C2B pullup

    • Score = Total Reps per Round (1/2/3 = 6)

    • *You can do higher reps for the sets if you want but must keep 1/2/3 ratio for movements

Inbetween sets:

  • GHD Sit-up Practice /skill work

Tabata Core Blaster:
8 Rounds of 20" Work / 10" Rest at Each Movement

  • Hollow hold

  • Superman hold

  • V-ups

    • Every 5 seconds is 1 rep for Holds.

    • 1 Minute Rest between Rounds

    • Score = total reps


Recovery:

  • 3x Through - hold each for 30”

    • Press-up

    • Child’s Pose

    • Lat Stretch Each Side
