This upcoming Saturday is the first occurrence of our 'Showdown Saturday'! The Showdown is meant to be a friendly In-House competition that happens on the last Saturday of each month. Each month's showdown will will feature two divisions - Rx Aces & Rx Hearts. We have added a Showdown Saturday page to our website under the Member Resources section. The workouts for this weekend's event have been posted on the page. If you are planning on attending please make sure you register in advance. If you're having difficulty registering please let me know and we'll get you setup.
